Congratulations are in order for Luis Eveline, Rector of the Universidad Politecnica de Ingenieria, our Honduran partner.  Luis was just elected President of the Honduras Society of Civil Engineers (CICH), the national organization that is similar to the American Society of Civil Engineers in the U.S.  Luis will be undertaking a two-year term in this leadership role.  All of his American colleagues extend our best wishes to him on this election!
