This January, ACI brought filters to the organization, Manos de Jesus, in Chichicastenango, Guatemala. Manos de Jesus is an organization that builds homes for widows. They have built over 900 homes in the surrounding area. A hollow-membrane Facility Unit was built into the water system supplying all the organization’s guest homes on their compound. Along with supplying clean water to these guest homes, ACI hollow-membrane Household Filters were made for the start of supplying clean water to the all the homes built by teams of Manos de Jesus. They also have a shoe factory on their compound which employs locals. ACI is proud to part of such an amazing ministry.
