AC Structure
Aqua Clara is primarily a volunteer driven organization. The Core Team dedicate their time and talents to delivering the AC program as a sustainable and scalable solution to the worldwide water crisis. They are supported in their mission by other volunteers, the AC Board and numerous private funders, both corporate and individual.

Bob founded Aqua Clara in 2005, and continues his involvement in all aspects of AC operation. He plans and administers AC in collaboration with the Core Team, and works actively with the Engineering Team on technology development.

Marcia Buck

Marcia joined the AC Team in early 2007 and serves as Co-Director in general AC management. She works actively in developing the AC Kids to Kids program as well as in fund raising. Marcia remains active in every part of the AC program.

Scott Rumpsa

Scott joined the AC Team in early 2008 to begin the full development of the AC Franchise Program. His core responsibility is to support successful transfer and replication of AC programs worldwide. Additionally, Scott has acted as a Transfer Agent in Peru and Kenya, and is now overseeing AC expansion in Kenya and throughout Africa.
